Ok…..now that you have finished the Computer of the Future task I’d like you to make a new blog post in Glow about your experiences.

To create a new blog post you must:

1. Log in to Glow
2. Click on My Stuff
3. Click on My Blogs
4. You should see your blog name listed here. Click on “dashboard” to go to your blog control page
5. On the left hand side you should see the “posts” option. Click “Add New”.
6. Give the post a title – “Computer of the Future”.
7. Select “ICT” from the category list on the right hand side of the screen.
8. Now you should describe, in detail, what your task was about. Include the following information:

Testing WordPress for Android….

This week sees the end of the Computer of the Future task. You need to ensure your team are ready to present by the start of next week. A few hints and tips to help….

* Print out slides. Make sure each team member has copy.

* Practise the presentation. Don’t be unprepared. Know exactly who is saying what.

* This may sound obvious but check your presentation from start to finish. You don’t want too much of the fancy stuff. Keep sound effects to a minimum. Do you really want slides taking ages to appear?

* Include a team photo! See me for cameras.

* If you are using video make sure any hyperlinks work prior to presentation.

* Smile and enjoy. Be polite and courteous to the presenters when you are in audience. Offer constructive feedback. Remember, they will be watching you too. Be nice!
